This is Dieran. His weapon is yo-yo. He can control the yo-yo's actions with his mind. The yo-yo itself can shock anyone or anything as long as Dieran is in control. He was a yo-yo champion at one point in his life, but do to unfortunate turn of events he has lost everything he had. Family, home, past... in order to find what he has lost he believes he needs to defeat anyone his age. Unfortunately that's a little tough. In the end, he becomes a hero by moving on in his life. Dieran decides not to look to the past, but to look towards the future. He decides to help anyone he thinks has good intentions.
Photshop CS3 - about 8 or 9 hours...
